Ingredients:

5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes

5 cups Corn Flake Crumbs
|
2 cups Crisco Oil
|
1 teaspoon Lawry Salt
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
1 teaspoon paprika
|
|
Directions: Wash and peel potatoes. Cut in half or thirds. Dip each in oil and then in corn flake crumbs. Coat well. Put 1/2" oil in pyrex pan and place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with Lawry salt, salt and paprika. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
