Pizza Meatloaf
Preparation Time: about an hour to a hour and 1/2
|

Ingredients:
|
| 2 lbs hamburger
|
| 1 small can mushrooms (chopped small)
|
| 1 jar pizza sauce
|
| 1 egg
|
| 1/2 C. italian bread crumbs
|
| salt/pepper to taste
|
| 2 C. mozzarella cheese(and cheddar if you like)
|

Directions: preheat oven 325....mix hamburger, mushrooms, 1 cup(or so) pizza sauce, 1 egg, bread crumbs,salt and pepper, and about 1 C. cheese. put hamburger mixture in baking dish, top w/ remaining pizza sauce, when meatloaf is done add remaining cheese on top and let sit in oven til melted. YUMMY !!! Makes great cold meatloaf sammiches too !!!
