Jack Cheese Omelet
Preparation Time: 45 minutes Number of Servings: 8 people

Ingredients:

8 slices of bacon
|
4 green onions
|
8 eggs
|
1 cup milk
|
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
|
10 ounces shredded jack cheese
|
green chili peppers (optional)
|
mushrooms (optional)
|
|
Directions: Cook bacon, drain, and then crumble into small pieces. Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir bacon, onions, mushrooms, chili peppers, and cheese. Put into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the mixture sets and is lightly brown.
