Willy's Mustard Slaw(Sweet and Tangy slaw. A mix of Carolina vinegar, Memphis mustard, and down home Southern Illinois Chow Chow. Goes great with BBQ as a side or on the sandwich.)

Ingredients:

3 tbls cider vinegar
|
3 tbls sugar
|
2 tbls salad oil
|
1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
|
1/2 tsp celery seed
|
1/2 tsp dry mustard
|
1/4 tsp salt
|
1/4 tsp black pepper
|
4 cups shredded cabbage
|
1 cup shredded carrot
|
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
|
1/4 cup diced sweet onion
|
1/4 cup sweet salad cubes
|
1/4 cup diced dill chips
|
|
Directions: Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, prepared mustard, celery seeds, mustard, salt, and pepper. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, onion, pickle, relish, and green pepper. Pour vinaigrette over cabbage mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
