Ingredients:

2 TBL fresh sqeezed lime juice
|
1 TBL olive oil
|
1-3 TBL hot salsa
|
1 clove crushed garlic
|
1 -16 oz can of black beans (Goya)
|
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
|
1 TBL chopped green onions
|
1 can mexican corn
|
|
Directions: Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for up to one day. Serve with Tower 7 tortilla chips! Healthy and delish!
