Kathy's Green Bean Alomdine

Ingredients:

I can family sized green beans (french style)
1/2 stick of butter (4 Tablespoons)
4 oz of slivered almonds
salt
pepper

Directions:  Melt butter in a pan on the stove top. Add almonds and brown. Do not burn almonds! Cook green beans in a microwave. Drain. Add almonds. Toss. Salt and pepper to taste!
