Ingredients:

1/2 cup sharp chedder cheese
|
1/2 cup monteray
|
1/2 cup medium chedder cheese
|
8 oz. cubed velveeta
|
1 1/2 cup half & half
|
1 (16 oz.) package macaroni or favorite pasta noodle
|
8 tablespoons butter
|
salt & pepper to taste
|

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Bring a large pot of water to boil (salted). Add pasta and cook 8 - 10 mins or according to package, until al dente. Drain noodles and return to bowl.
3. Melt butter in microwave or on stove top and pour on top of noodles.
4. Warm 1/2 and 1/2 over medium heat, add Velveeta cheese and melt.
5. Mix all cheeses with cubed cheese and pour over noodles, mixing together.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Grease casserole dish.
8. Pour macaroni and cheese in casserole dish and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until bubbling around edges.
