Ingredients:

1 turkey

2 apples
|
2 onions
|
2 tablespoons of butter
|
8 pieces of rosemary
|
20 baby carrots
|

Directions: Rinse turkey. Cut up apples and onions into 4 pieces. put cut up pieces into turkey. Take butter and rub it on the turkey skin. Cut 8 slits into the turkey skin and slide rosemary under skin. Put baby carrots in the bottom of roasting pan. Place the turkey on the carrots. Cook the turkey at 325 degrees for about 3 hours or 20 minutes per pound of turkey.
