Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground pork
|
1 lb lean ground beef
|
1 cup finely chopped onions
|
2 eggs
|
1-2 gloves garlic minced or mashed
|
1/4 cup milk
|
1 cup brad crumbs
|
pepper & salt to taste
|
|
Directions: Knead all ingredients together until mixed well (Safe some bread crumbs on an extra plate.) Form meat balls of about 1" or 2cm diameter. Roll meat balls in in the remaining bread crumbs until lightly coated and set aside. Heat a greased frying pan until hot and place meatballs in the pan so that they do not touch each other. Fry meat balls while until they are well browned on each side. Serve as appetizer with diverse sauces or as entry with potatoes and sauerkraut or with mashed potatoes and onion rings sauteed in butter.
