Ingredients:

About 6 large lettuce leaves (for garnish)

A bag of baby carrots
|
several different colors of bell peppers sliced - SAVE the bottom of the green one!

2 cucumbers sliced
|
1 bottom of green bell pepper
|
2 slices of bell peppers (snood and beak)
|
2 black beans (eyes)
|
2 3-inch sticks of celery (for feet)
|

Directions: Get a tray. Place the lettuce leaves on the tray. On the top of the tray lay a curved line of carrots down leaving about an inch of lettuce showing. Below the carrots put 4 lines of bell pepper slices. Each line a different color. Below the peppers stack the cucumber slices on top of each other in a messy pile. Place the bottom of the green pepper on top of the cucumber stack. Place the 2 beans at the top of the pepper. Then place the 2 pepper slices at the bottom of the pepper like a beak and a snood. Put the 2 pieces of celery at the bottom of the tray like 2 feet. And that's how you make my turkey tray!
