Conrad's fried turkey

1 turkey
3 gallons of peanut oil for 12 pound turkey

Directions:  You need a turkey fryer and a thermometer. Heat the peanut oil at 375 degrees. Slowly lower the turkey in the peanut oil. Cook for 4 min.for pound. remove turkey from the fryer and let it rest for 15 min. Carve and enjoy.
