Makenzie`s AMAZING Pumpkin Bread(Low Fat, easy to make, and totally AMAZING!!!!)

Preparation Time: 90 mins
Number of Servings: 2 loaves
Calories Per Servings: 1 slice- 122 cal.

Ingredients:

2 cups of sugar
1 can of pumpkin (15 oz.)
1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup of egg substitute
3 1/3 cups of flour
2 tsp. of ground cinnamon
2 tsp. of baking soda
1 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of nutmeg

Directions:  Put all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. When done, pour in greased 2- 8x4 in. loaf pans. Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Put in oven. Bake for 50-60 mins.
