Maryland Crab Cakes(Lump jumbo crabs makes this Maryland style dish)

Ingredients:

1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
|
1/4 c. Italian Seasoned breadcrumbs
|
1 large egg
|
1/4 c. mayonnaise
|
1/4 tsp. pepper
|
1 tsp. dry mustard
|
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
|
|
Directions: Mix the eggs, mayo, breadcrumbs and seasoning. Add crab meat. Mix gently until moistened. Shape into patties.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in pan and fry until browned, about 4-5 minues. Carefully flip crab cakes and fry on other side until golden brown, about 4 min.
