Ingredients:

minced beef 1/2kg
|
bread slices as required
|
2 onions chopped
|
1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
|
2 tomatoes sliced
|
red spices to taste
|
sal tto taste
|
eggs
|
oil
|
|
Directions: fill a pot with water and add the minced beef
in it. Add salt and garlic ginger paste in it and let it boil for 15 minutes. After that fry the onion till golden brown. Add the boiled minced beef, tomatoes, redspices and salt in it.
Fry the mixture till a nice fresh aroma rises from it.
Take eggs and beat them. take slices of bread and cut down their sides neatly. take
two slices of bread and
put the mixture in the slice and roll it very softly and be careful that the slices donot break apart. dip it in the beat eggs.
now it will be more easier to roll the slices. Add some oil in the frying pan and put the rolls in it to fry.
Deep fry the rolls until color changes to
light golden brown.
Serve with frenchfries and tomato ktechup with some fresh juice or shake.
