loaf of french bread
pepperidge farm stuffing bread/cubed one bag
one stick of margarine
one medium onin choped fine
one celery stalk choped and shredded
1/2 half teaspoon salt
1/2 half teaspoon poultry seasoning

Directions:  1)Two days before you cook your turkey break the loaf of french bread into small pieces and place on a cooking sheet. Leave them out on the counter to dry out for one day. 2)After they have dried out for a day combine in a big mixing bowl the bread pieces and pepperidge farm bread bag. 3)Melt the one stick of margarine in a fry pan and add in the onion, celery, salt and poultry seasoning. Heat the mixture up but do not cook it. Once it has warmed up let it stand for a few mins and pour over bread mix in bowl and mix up the whole combination. Let this stand for one day. 4)Stuff mixture in turkey or put in baking dish lined with butter and cook it in the oven. Best if stuffed in Turkey.
