30-35 OREO COOKIES CRUSHED CRUST

1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
|
1 HALF GALLON COFFEE ICE CREAM
|
3-1 OZ SQUARES BLOCK CHOCOLATE MELTED
|
1/4 CUP SUGAR
|
2/3 CUPS EVAPORATED MILK (small can)
|
1/2 PINT WHIPPED CREAM
|
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
|
CHOPPED PECANS OR WALNUTS
|

Directions: CRUST/ FILLING
MELT BUTTER. MIX WITH CRUSHED COOKIES. PRESS INTO BOTTOM OF SPRING FOAM PAN. SPREAD SOFTENED ICE CREAM OVER CRUST AND FREEZE.
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
BRING TO BOIL CHOCOLATE, BUTTER AND SUGAR. GRADUALLY ADD EVAPORATED MILK. COOK UNTIL THICK. COOL AND ADD 1 TEASPOON VANILLA. SPREAD OVER FROZEN ICE CREAM. FREEZE. TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND NUTS IF DESIRED.
