Apple Squares(Crisp and sweet apple squares, great for Thanksgiving!)

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour
|
1 cup of rolled oats
|
1/2 cup of brown sugar
|
1/2 cup of butter
|
1/2 tsp of salt
|
1/2 tsp of baking soda
|
1/2 cup of sugar
|
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
|
|
Directions: Triple the recipe for 13 x 9 pan.
Mix all together: Put half mixture (all ingredients) in bottom of 8x8 pan. Put sliced apples in pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and dot with butter. Cover with other half of oat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins.
