Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

pork tenderloin
|
1 Tablespoon of salt
|
2 Tablespoons olive oil
|
4 garlic cloves minced
|
1 teaspoon dried thyme
|
1 teaspoon dried basil
|
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
|
|
Directions: Mix all of the salt, olive oil, garlic and spices together. Rub over the pork. Roast at 475 for 30 minutes then reduce heat to 425 for 1 hour.
