World's Best Macaroni and Cheese(Extra cheesey elbow macaroni made with colby jack cheese, butter and lots of whole milk. Baked until bubbly hot and gooey.)

2pounds of macaroni
1stick of Butter
1 large velveeta cheese
1 quart of whole milk
1 large bag of shredded colby-jack cheese
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:  Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain. In large pot, melt butter, velveeta cheese and shredded colby-jack cheese. Slowly add whole milk until a creamy sauce is formed. Put drained macaroni in large pan. Pour cheese mixture on top of macaroni and stir until well-combined. Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top and salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. It is done when macaroni is bubbly and hot.
