Crandberry Salad(Light, fresh, andyummy)

Ingredients:

2 oranges
|
2 1/2 cups of fresh Crandberries
|
2 tb freshly squeezed lemon juice
|
1 cup of sugar
|
1 1/2 cups of celery, chopped fine
|
1 cup of pineapple, crushed, drained
|
1/2 cup of pecans chopped fine
|
|
Directions: Peel oranges put peeling and Crandberrys through the food processor. remove the white membrane from the oranges and select them, breaking each section into 3 or 4 pieces. Add lemon juice sugar and salt stir until devolved add the nuts and orange pices and the ground mixture celery pineapple .
