Chicken and Pastry(Thick broth of noodles and chunks of chicken and very tasty)

Preparation Time: 1 1/2 hours
Number of Servings: 12

1 whole chicken
1 box of frozen pastry noodles
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
salt and pepper

Directions:  Fill a large pot half full of water. Bring to a boil,add the chicken and a nice serving of salt. Cook for about 1 hour or until chicken is done. Remove chicken from pot and let it cool. Add butter to pot and gradually add pastry noodles to the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove chicken from the bone and add it to the pot. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes and add salt and pepper as desired.
