 
Cake Mix Pancakes(Pancakes from a cake mix. They are sweet, and and have many variations. Here is the chocolate one.)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Number of Servings: 25 pancakes

Ingredients:

| 1 box chocolate cake mix
|
| 2 cups milk
|
| 2 eggs
|
| 1/2 cup chocolate chips
|
|
Directions: Turn on a griddle to around 350 to 375 degrees F. Using a wooden spoon, mix the cake mix, milk, and eggs. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour 5 or 6 small amounts of batter onto preheated griddle. Cook till bottoms are firm and ever so slightly brown. Flip using a spatula, let the other side cook the same way. Remove from griddle onto a platter. Serve.
Notes: I would not try buttering these. I haven't been able to successfully track how many this recipe makes, as they disappear too quickly, but I think it makes at least 25 small pancakes. You can try different things in this, like yellow cake mix with pecans.
