Ingredients:

mangoes

milk or ice cream
|
ice
|

Directions: cut the mangoes into small pieces and put it in a blender.Add the ice.Pour in the milk or a scoop of ice cream.blend at the lowest at first,then medium,then high.Pour the finished mango shake in a serving glass.Then enjoy!!!
