Barbaequed Spareribs(No brainer barbequed baby back ribs)

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Number of Servings: 2 or 3 per slab of ribs

Ingredients:

Back spareribs
Beer
Bbq sauce

Directions:  1. Rinse ribs under cold water. Dry with paper towels. Cut slabs into 2 rib sections and place on edge in disposable foil pans. 2. pour 2 cans of beer into pan and place another foil pan upside down over it to cover. 3. Place on grill over low or indirect heat. Try to maintain temperature at about 350 degrees for 3 hours. About half way through turn ribs over to other edge. 4. After about 3 hours meat should be almost falling off bones. Place on low grill bone side down and paint with barbeque sauce of your choice. 5. Grill briefly,turn over and paint the other side. Remove to a platter and serve.
