Ingredients:
|
1 lb of chicken
|
2 packages of store bought make your own pizza dough
|
olive oil
|
garlic clove
|
pizza sauce
|
mozzarella cheese
|
|
Directions: Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
1) Mix the pizza dough and let it sit outside ( or in warm area) until ready for the dough.
2.) Put enough olive oil on the frying pain until bottom is coated evenly. Mince up a clove of garlic and put it in the olive oil. With the stove on high, take about 1 tbsp of butter and put that in the olive oil.
3.)When the butter is completely melted you can put the chicken in and cook untill completely done on each side. The chicken should be cut in little bites (like a chicken nugger but square). If you'd like, sprinkle the cooking chicken with some italian seasoning.
4.) Set aside the chicken on a plate with a paper towel on it so it drys quicker.
5.) Take the pizza dough from outside or from the warm area and roll it out with flower until its thin and smooth.
6.) Cut the dough with a pizza cutter (or sharp knife)in a square about 3 by 3 inches.
7.) Spread the bottom of the dough with pizza sauce, then sprinkle a little but of cheese in the middle. (If not a sauce&cheese fan, you can use your favorite BBQ sauce and spread that on the bottom.)
8.) Fold the chicken into a ball like form so nothing leaks out or is seen. (It's easier to use a fork on the edges of the dough so nothing leaks out)
9.) Spread a little bit of butter and salt on the top.
10.) Bake in the oven for 7-9 minutes, or until golden brown. (If needed, broil it for about 2 minutes to enhance the golden-ness)
This is great for a little kids snack! It's even great for a meal for the family!!
