2# MALANGA(coco) CUT IN SMALL CUBES
2 TOMATOS
HALF A QUARTER # OF SPAGUETTI PASTA
ONION
GREEN PEPPER
GREEN CHILI PEPPER
TABLESPOON OF BLACK PEPPER
2 TABLESPOON OF CONSOME DE POLLO
1 TABLESPOON OF COMPLETE SEASONING
SALT AT YOUR LIKE
4 BASSIL LEAVES

Directions:  FILL A BIG POT WITH WATER.ADD A PINCH OF SALT.PUT THE POUNDED CONCH IN IT, BRING TO A BOIL UNTIL WHITE FROT APEARS,REMOVE FROT.REPIT THIS 2 TIMES.NOW YOU TAKE THE CONCH OUT THE POT AND PUT ASAID,WE NOW POUR THE COCONUT MILK IN THE SAME WATER WHERE THE CONCHS WERE.WE ADD THE ONIO,GREEN PEPPER AND IF YOU WANT A SPICE YOU ADD THE CHILLI PEPPER,ADD MORE WATER IF NECESARY,THEN ADD THE CONCH AND REST OF INGREDIANTS.COOK ON HI FIRE UNTIL VEGGIES ERE SOFTEN THEN RUDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL SOUP HAS THICKEND.
