Ingredients:

3 green peppers with the tops cut off

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
|
Stroganoff sauce mix
|
1 lb. ground beef chuck
|
minced onion
|
Garlic Salt
|
water
|
crushed red pepper
|
|
Directions: Cut the tops off of three green peppers and make sure all of the seeds are out. Brown one pound of ground beef chuck in a saucepan on the stove. After the beef is brown stir in stroganoff mix and water. Sprinkle the top of the beef with minced onion and garlic salt. Stir in 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Fill the peppers with the beef and sprinkle the top with crushed red pepper and parmesan. Cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.
