Ingredients:

150g rich tea biscuits
|
150g digestive biscuits
|
100g dried fruit
|
200gmilk chocolate
|
150g margarine
|
4 tbsp golden syrup
|

Directions: First put the digestives and rich tea biscuits into a large bowl or plastic bag and crush well with a rolling pin. Do leave some big pieces for extra texture. Melt the butter, golden syrup and milk chocolate over a bowl of boiling water until it is all mixed together and all the ingredents are melted to a liquid. Add the broken biscuits and mix well so all the biscuit is coated. Then mix in the dried fruit and put the mixture in a 7 inch square tin. Put in a cool place to set hard and it is ready to eat. If you want to you can put extra chocolate on top to make it more chocolaty.
