Spaghetti CARUSO ((simple and good))

400g Spaghetti
5 zucchini
2 peppers: 1 red and 1 yellow
Pachino tomatoes (cherry) 1kg
salt q.b.
black pepper
fresh basil
Parmigianino grated pecorino and a pleasure
extra virgin olive oil

Directions:  cut a rather thick washers courgettes and fry in a pan and set them aside, cook in the oven with peppers and clean their hands cut into strips (julienne type), in a frying pan Fry the garlic with oil. Add the peppers cooked, the Pachino tomatoes cut in half, black pepper, salt and some 'water cook for 30 min.circa. Apart from serving as boiling water and cook spaghetti at the end of cooking drain and put in the pan of sauce ready pour the fried zucchini fresh basil and grated cheese and serve. Enjoy your meal.
