BBQ Meatloaf topped with bacon

Preparation Time: 15 - 20 minutes
Number of Servings: 6 to 8

2 - 3 lb. Ground Beef
1 large onion (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
4 eggs
salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, garlic powder
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 sleeve saltines

Directions:  Mix all of the ingredients together "extremely well" in a large mixing bowl. Once completely mixed, form into meatloaf and put on a flat pan. (preferably a pan with slits or holes in the bottom so meatloaf wont be sitting in its grease). layer top of meatloaf with bbq sauce and strips of uncooked bacon. If you do use a slitted pan, underline with another pan obviously so u dont make a mess of your oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Guaranteed best meatloaf you've ever had!!!
