Goulash(Filling, home-style, hearty, healthy meal)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lean gr. beef + onions, brown
|
2 cans stewed tomatoes
|
2 cans tomato soup
|
1 can tomato sauce
|
2 cans chili beans - spice to taste
|
1 sm box of elbow mac.
|
sea salt, pepper, chili powder to taste
|
|
Directions: Brown onions and beef. Add remaining items and heat to taste.
