simondos omlette(a light thinck omlette)

Ingredients:

3 eggs
|
3 tbl spoons milk
|
small knob of butter
|
1 tomato
|
cheese
|
ham
|
salt pepper
|

Directions: place a frying pan on the stove with a little oil until very hot. Whilt the pan is heatin crack eggs into a pot that will be large enough to wisk,add chopped tomatoes and sliced ham, wish untill the mixture is full of air. pour the mixture into the pan and wisk it while its heating up this will thickurn the omlette. Turn the grill to a medium heat and when the underside of the omlette is golden brown place the it whilst in the pan into the grill. the omlettle will now raise and cook the overside whip out the grill ggrate cheese ontop add salt and pepper to it and enjoy
