Fillet steak with feta cheese

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Number of Servings: 1 steak per person

Ingredients:

| 1 fillet steak, size to your own preference
|
| 300g feta cheese
|
| half a sliced green pepper
|
| salt and pepper to taste
|
|
Directions: Slice the steak horizontally, stuff with the cheese and peppers, seal the side using a cocktail stick, season with salt and pepper, then fry in a not pan till done to your own taste
