Grilled Turkey and Asparagus (This recipe is for anyone, but for anyone watching their calorie and fat intake, this one is especially great for you (it has less than (1 gram of fat per serving).)

Preparation Time: 15 min. Number of Servings: Depends on amount of meat Nutrition Info: This meal is extremely nutritional if you use the Fat Free Italian dressing (which tastes just as good as the light but saves calories). You can also substitute chicken tenderloins if desired.

Ingredients:

| Turkey tenderloins
|
| Fat Free (or light) Italian dressing
|
| Minced garlic
|
| Fresh Asparagus of frozen (unthawed)
|
| Fat Free Spray Butter (Parkay is great!)
|
| Salt/Pepper to taste
|
|
Directions: 1. Marinate meat and asparagus in enough Italian dressing to coat evenly in a ZipLoc bag for at least 20 minutes.
2. Coat grill pan (skillet or indoor grill are equally as good) with spray butter and place meat on grill.
3. When meat is almost done (roughly 2-3 minutes per side) add asparagus.
4. Cook to your taste of asparagus, allow to cool, and serve with a side of the Italian dressing marinade.
5. Add salt/pepper to taste if needed.
