Poulet et Riz(Tasty chicken with a savory blend of soups and rice.)

Ingredients:

| 2 lbs of boneless chicken breast
|
| 2 cups of rice
|
| 2 cups of water
|
| 1/2 stick of butter
|
| dash of cayenne pepper
|
| pinch of salt
|
| pinch of celery seed
|
| dash of black pepper
|
| cream of mushroom soup
|
| 1/2 cup of milk
|
| 3 shredded carrots
|
| 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
|
| 1/2 of a finely chopped onion
|
| 1/2 of a finely chopped red pepper
|
|
Directions: put the rice and water into a large pot and cook until the rice is tender. take the chicken breast and cut it into 1/2 inch strips. Make them as long or as short as you desire. Place them in a pan with the onion, red pepper, and carrots and cook until done. sprinkle the spices over the chicken and veggies as they are cooking in the pan.
Once the rice and chicken are both finished cooking, mix them together in the large pot and add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and butter. Let it sit on simmer for 10 minutes while you gently stir it. Then serve it up with a side of steamed veggies and enjoy! :-)
