Spaghetti Carbonara
|

Ingredients:
|
1 package Italian sausage (I use mild)
|
1 package sandwich ham, diced
|
1 cube butter (not margerine)
|
Fresh parsley to taste
|
Parmesan cheese to taste
|
2 raw eggs, beaten
|
spahetti, prepare as directed on package for 8
|
|
Directions: Fry up sausage in small pieces out of casing in skillet. Pour off fat and add diced ham to warm. Set aside while boiling and draining spaghetti. In a large bowl mix meat and spaghetti along with the rest of ingredients. Serve immediately.
