Ingredients:

enough SPAGHETTI for 4 people

TOMATO SAUCE
|
ROAST CHICKEN BREAST PIECES
|
a cup of chopped BLACK OLIVES
|
a few BASIL LEAVES
|
grated PARMESAN CHEESE
|
|
Directions: 1) Boil a pot of water
2) Add the spaghetti (cooking time varies -fresh pasta takes less time to cook than dry pasta)
3) While the SPAGHETTI cooks take the TOMATO SAUCE and pour it into a pot.
4) Heat the sauce
5) Chop up the ROAST CHICKEN BREAST PIECES into slithers and put to the side
6) Grate the PARMESAN CHEESE into a bowl
7) Whwn the SPAGHETTI is cooked take off the stove and drain
8) Toss it with the TOMATO SAUCE till there is no sauce unmixed
9) Divide equally between 4 bowls and mix with ROAST CHiCKEN BREAST PIECES and BLACK OLIVES.
10) Garnish with BASIL LEAVES and PARMESAN CHEESE and serve up.
