            | 1 cup of any brand low fat milk |  
            | 1 cup of milo |  
            | strawberries(any soft friuts also can) |  
            | 3-5 ice cubes(as you wish) |  
            | 3 teaspoon of honey |  | 
      
        | Directions:  first, pour the milk and milo together and add in the honey. After that,put strawberries and ice cubes into the blender. Blend till it become frothy and smooth. Pour into a jar or cup and serve cold. You may also want to add more ice cubes. You can also decorate the cups with berries or lemons. Enjoy drinking 100% drinkable.
