Baked Rice Pudding(Just as thick and tasty as cooked ...mmmmmm.....)
Ingredients:
6 cups whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup rice(not minute rice)
3/4 cup sugar
Directions: Stir all ingredients(carefully) in a 9" x 13" cake pan.....Dot with butter(cut about 2-3 Tbls. butter into little pieces on top of mixture)......Bake at 250 degrees for 31/2 hours....yes that long....remove from oven...let set for about 15 minutes and then transfer to serving dish..... YUMMY !!!
