Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 cup long grain rice, not instant
1/2 cup sugar or splenda
4 cups milk, whole or skim
2 sticks cinnamon
1 small can evaporated milk

Directions:  Put rice, sugar, whole milk in pot, cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes till thick,stir often, add your cinnamon sticks and if too thick add the small can evaporated milk. Store in refrigerator when cool.
