Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breast
|
1 large sweet onion
|
2 - 4 tbsp garlic (add to taste)
|
1/2 cup olive oil
|
1/2 cup butter (cannot substitue margine)
|
1/2 cup marsella wine
|
1/4 cup lemon juice
|
salt & pepper to taste
|
1 lb spegetti noodles
|
Parmesean cheese
|

Directions: saute onion and garlic in pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chunks of chicken. Saute chicken for 4 min. Add lemon juice & wine. Saute for 2 min. Add olive oil and butter. Bring to boil and reduce heat until chicken is done. Serve over cooked pasta with parmeason cheese
