TOMATO PEACH CHUTNEY
Number of Servings: 1-1/2 pints

Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups chopped seeded peeled fresh tomatoes
|
2 cups fresh chopped, peeled fresh peaches
|
1 cup chopped green pepper
|
1 cup packed brown sugar
|
3/4 cup sugar
|
3/4 cup white vinegar
|
1/2 cup golden raisins
|
1/2 cup chopped onion
|
1 tsp. curry powder
|
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
|
|
Directions: In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 1 houror till thickened, stirring often. Ladle hot chutney into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust caps. Process 20 mins. in a boiling water bath. Yummy over pork chops!
