Riverboat Barbecue Sauce
Preparation Time: 20 mins. Number of Servings: 1 1/3 cups

Ingredients:

1/2 cup maple syrup
|
1/2 cup ketchup
|
1/4 cup orange juice
|
1 TBSP dried minced onion
|
1 TBSP steak sauce
|
1 TBSP white vinegar
|
1 tsp. grated orange peel
|
1 tsp. prepared mustard
|
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
|
1/4 tsp. salt
|
1/4 tsp. pepper
|
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
|
3 whole cloves
|
|
Directions: In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 mins. or till flavors are blended. Remove from heat. Discard cloves. Cool.
