Apple Orchard Bread

Ingredients:

| 1/3 cup vegetable oil
|
| 3 eggs
|
| 2 cups flour
|
| 1-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
|
| 4 cups diced peeled red delicious apples
|
| 1 cup chopped nuts
|
| 2tsp. ground cinnamon
|
| 3/4 tsp. salt
|
|
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 8- loaf pans with pam, set aside. In mixing bowl, combine apples, oil and eggs until well blended. Mix in flour, sugar, nuts, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; blend well. Batter will be very thick. Evenly divide batter into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean, cool.
