HOT CHEESE DIP

Ingredients:
|
2 cups mozzarella cheese
|
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
|
2 cups mayonnaise
|
1 med. onion, minced
|
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies, drained
|
1 1/2 ounces sliced pepperoni, about 15 slices
|
1/2 cup sliced black olives
|
assorted crackers, taco chips or fresh veggies
|

Directions: In an ungreased shallow baking dish or pie plate, combine first 5 ingredients. Top
with pepperoni slices around edges and sprinkle the olives all over. Bake at 325deg.
for 25 mins. or till bubbly. Serve with crackers, taco chips or fresh raw veggies.
