Salmon / Steelhead Patties

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Number of Servings: 4 - 6

1 or 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
4 to 6 Tablespoons Worchester Sauce
3 to 5 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (fresh is best)
2 Tablespoons Fresh or Dried Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
1 Teaspoon Basel
1 to 2 lbs Cooked Salmon or Steelhead
3 Tablespoon Chopped Onion

Directions:  Flake Fish and place in a large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the eggs, Worchester Sauce, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Salt & Pepper, Celery Salt, Basel and Chopped Onion add to the fish and mix well. Add one of the following to hold the mixture together Flour or Bread Crumbs or Cracker Crumbs. Form patties and fry in oil or butter until brown on both sides
