Hash Brown Casserole

Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

2 (20 oz) packages of Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
2 (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup of Milk
1 package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(2 if you like extra cheese)
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Directions:  Mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake @ 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
