Cooper's Cheesy-Carrot Balls(Chedder cheese, cream cheese, and carrots rolled up into a ball of delight. Served on top of wheat thins. )

4 ounces cold cream cheese
2 ounces yellow chedder cheese, finely grated
1 carrot, finely grated
wheat thins

Directions:  In a medium bowl, with a wooden spoon, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and carrot. With moistened hand, gently form 12 balls, each equal to 1 level teaspoon of mixture. Serve with wheat thins.
