sweet potato soufle(mashed sweet potato with pecan topping)

Ingredients:

4 med sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:  preheat oven 375* bake potatoes for 45 minutes...when done scoop out flash set aside set oven 400* combine potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs vanilla and salt..place in oval dish and set aside combine dark brown sugar, pecans, flour, and butter...add this mixture to top of potatoes and place in oven for 30 minutes.
