hommos with tahini paste(Hommos is a very good traditional chick peas paste,you can enjoy it on breakfast,lunch or dinner. )

1 can of chick peas
250 ml of tahini paste
3 cloves of garlic
Squeeze of1 lemon juice
2 tablespoons of cold water

Directions:  In a food processor start to add the chick peas,garlic,water and start to process all the ingredients until all the mixture becoming like a mash. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the tahini paste and start to stir with a large spoon,don't be afraid if its become thick because when you add the lemon juice you start to see the difference,if it still thick you can add a little bit of water until you will see the yummy hommos paste finished.Put the hommos in a plastic container in the fridge for30 minutes. Dizzle with exta virgin olive oil and serve the hommos with mountain bread or simly dip with your favorite crackers,salary,carrots and barbecue beefor steak also you can spread it on sandwiches.
